Level 2
The 93-sq meter green house is accessible through the outer staircase.
This level on the Eastern part houses the preparation room of flower plants for sale and a smaller grassy area.
The inner staircase from the garage leads to the 3rd floor, where from we arrive to the front entrance and the living area.
Between the 2nd and 3rd floors solar thermal collectors were placed which need to be replaced. On the right side of the property compost holes had been created.
